Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery, Inc

Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery was formed in 2005 to improve the quality of life for those affected by brain injury by ensuring that survivors and their caregivers have the information, resources and services they need. It is a community-based case management program for survivors of brain injury. It is an affiliate member of James Madison University’s Institute for Innovation in Health and Human Services (IIHHS)

At Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery, case management is a comprehensive approach to brain injury recovery that includes all aspects of a survivor’s life – from assistance with applying for services to re-learning daily living skills and returning to school or work. Recovery does not end when an individual is released from the hospital. Their goal is to help survivors get back to their lives once they come home.
