Smart Beginnings Shenandoah Valley

Smart Beginnings Shenandoah Valley is a collaborative partnership with childcare professionals, business leaders, schools, faith based organizations, and government officials improving school readiness for our children, birth to age five.  They hope to help all children in Harrisonburg/Rockingham County and contingent counties enter school healthy and prepared to succeed.

Smart Beginnings Shenandoah Valley recognizes children are at risk when high quality early learning opportunities are not available.  They want children to have their basic life needs met prior to coming to school so all their energy can be channeled into learning.
