Hand-in-Hand Resource Mothers

Hand-in-Hand Resource Mothers has been improving birth outcomes for teens and their babies since 1988.  In partnership with Church Women United and RMH Women’s Health Focus, they reach out to pregnant and parenting teens in our community and connect them with services that will help ensure a healthy pregnancy, baby and mother.

Hand-in-Hand Resource Mothers offers support and resources during pregnancy through the first year following birth. They have a mentoring program where our community’s most inexperienced mothers are matched with seasoned caregivers. They stress attainment of educational goals to give young mothers opportunities for lift-long success and their babies the best possible home life.
