At Rockingham Ballet Theatre young dancers have an activity that challenges them to reach beyond what everyday culture tells us is expected and normal. They uplift, inspire, and educate through the performance of classical ballet as well as related dance and theatre arts.

Rockingham Ballet Theatre measures succes not only by the ability of its students who pursue careers in dance but by the development within its young dancers of discipline, self-confidence, and poise. They hope these qualities carry into students lives beyond the stage and help them grow into productive, responsible adults with a sharpened appreciation for the cultural arts.
