Eastern Mennonite University
Founded in 1917, Eastern Mennonite University educates students to serve and lead in a global context by allowing students from different backgrounds to come together and enhance their learning experience. It is a four-year liberal arts Christian college that emphasizes the core Mennonite values of service to others, sustainability, peace building and cross-cultural understanding.
Eastern Mennonite University confers undergraduate, graduate, and seminary degrees. They challenge students to pursue their life calling through scholarly inquiry, artistic creation, guided practice, and life-changing cross-cultural encounter. This cross-cultural program, providing immersion in another culture, has long been a requirement for all students.
