Rockingham/Harrisonburg SPCA

Rockingham/Harrisonburg SPCA was founded in 1972 to provide general assistance to animals and the public. They promote respect, compassion, education and advocacy resulting in a humane and sustainable environment for all animals.

Rockingham/Harrisonburg SPCA accepts animals only from the Harrisonburg-Rockingham County areas.  They provide temporary refuge for animals in need, adoption services, help in reducing local pet overpopulation, education programs, removal of animals from abusive situations, I.D. tags and Lost/Found reports.
