Autumn Valley Guardianship

Autumn Valley Guardianship, incorporated in September 2007, is a caring public guardianship program of last resort serving Harrisonburg/Rockingham County and other parts of Virginia.

Autumn Valley Guardianship’s trained employees and volunteers strive to make ethical decisions based on their clients’ known wishes and desires.  If those wishes are unknown, decisions will be carried out with integrity and dignity, based on available and relevant facts to assure quality living and death experiences for each individual in their care.
